"This agency seemed helpful in the beginning but we started working with them two months ago hoping to bring over our auto, home and umbrella insurance. They did a great job by immediately binding our auto insurance. However, it’s been 2 months and our homeowners and umbrella insurance has not been bound. It shows as pending on the app. We’ve called several times and sent emails with no response. Now we are faced with moving all of our insurance needs elsewhere. We know people are busy but it shouldn’t take over 2 months to bind a homeowners policy. Also they should have the decency to call their customers back."
